I am glad to keep my sanity back even just for a while

1. I want to prove to my boss na nagtiwala sa akin, na I am worth his trust. (I know that I am putting to much pressure on myself)
2. I am totally new in this line of work, previously I handled Data and Project Management Section, but right now my key task is with Logistics (Telecoms & Construction). (from Procurement, warehousing, tower deliveries, subcon material settlement, mga turnilyong nawawala sa tore ng Digitel or Globe, sirang 10-wheeler, lahat yan biglang naging line of work ko, kaya I need to study it all)…Salamat na lang at I have a very supportive team, if not I dont know kung saan ako dadamputin. Good thing is that they have been my collegues nuong ako ay bata pa sa kompanyang ginagalawan ko ngayon. Di ko lang sila kasama sa work, mga kaibigan ko din sila. “Sa aking mga kasamahan sa KFPI_logistics – Salamat sa pagtitiwala nyo sa aking pamumuno ha, heheheh drama.”
3. There are really lots of backtracks that I really have to attend to hands-on kasi malapit nang magclose out ang halos lahat nang mga projects namin, kaya Guada my ever-reliable friend and kasama sa Logistics really have do it overtime.

It is really hard to balance my schedule now, I still want to maintain my old-practice na, never na mag-uwi nang mga work sa bahay. Which I am really battling with, kasi I am almost tempted na eh. But Thanks God, buti na lang parating pumapasok sa isip ko na paglabas nang office, at lalo na pag nasa bahay na priority ang mga kids. Although most of the time ay may mga calls to attend something work-related, syempre, I also have to be on call. Hirap magbalance.

It is a good thing that I have my 2 wonderful kids…nagmamadali akong umuwi sa house. A good kiss and a tight hug relieve my stress and pressures. Around 11PM of everyday in my life, I am so excited pa rin to wait for my hubby sa YM (5 hrs delay kc sa saudi eh). He always encourages me to go on specially when I am about to quit, he constantly reminds me “Never to Quit”.

I am thankful to God that I have a very good support group, a family that inspires me and a team in my section that fully supports me.

For now, I still dont know when my next post will be…but I am glad to keep my sanity back even just for a while.
