PLDT Budget Card Middle East Edition

FYI, this is not a paid advertisement, this is being recounted based on my own opinion and experience as a wife of an OFW.
=======================================

As a wife of an OFW based in Saudi Arabia, PLDT’s Budget Card Middle East Edition, really comes in very handy and beneficial for me to use. As I have previously mentioned in my previous blogpost “Salamat sa Communication at Technology“, communication plays a major part in preserving an OFW family.

Upto this day, my husband and I makes it a point to check on each other using YM (with voice & webcam), emails and whatever technology is available in the Internet. But in the absence of the Internet, good thing there is this PLDT Budget card which in I can use in my Smart cell or my PLDT landline to give my hubby a precious call. With the presence of the many technologies, the voice interaction still do a lot of magic and personal touch.

As we all know, there are lots of cases of broken families involving the OFWs. Primary reason for such is lack of communication brought about by the diversity in location. I am not telling my fellow OFW family to always squirm in communication, what I would like to suggest is to find time to at least exert an effort to call our loved-ones abroad. Surprise with him with a call, a call which will not entails problems or padala, but a call just to say “I Love You” and “Thank You”. With PLDT Budget Card Middle East Edition it comes in cheap, but for the OFW who will be the recipient of our call, its “Priceless”
