As promised in my previous post about my weight loss adventure, I would give you feedback about the Morning Banana Diet which I have been religiously doing since January 02 until January 7, 2009. Yup, I did it for only 5 days exactly. If you would ask me if it is effective. All I can say is that I lose 2 pounds for 5 days, but part of it also can be credited to my minimal intake of rice at night. So you are wondering why do I stopped. I have several reasons:
• I have a difficulty in my pooo….For 2 days I was not able to have a regular bowel movement and when I did….My goodness, I almost taught that I am a goat. (Sorry for being gross ha)
• I have insomnia and no matter how hard I tried to sleep before midnight, I just cannot.
• I find difficulty in drinking warm water. (Parang walang lasa)
So what will I do next? I am still thinking if I would do it naturally (which I am really lazy about) or drink some kind of supplementary pills or drinks. Can you recommend to me the best weight loss pills that you find to be effective. I tried Xenical before, I lose weight but I just cannot take the oiliness on the pooo….
Waaaa, I really want to lose weight but I do not have the discipline to do it.

maybe you can try the ‘after six.’ if you go hungry at night you can just snack on fruits. less rice on meals.
by the way, you don’t look big on TV
me too! grabe! i must have gained 15 lbs as my flab is overflowing. years ago, i combined exercise and a diet of no rice and only lean meat/fish/chicken veggies and fruits. i then lost 40 lbs. i guess i have to diet again.
Thanks for sharing this experience. I badly need to lose weight this year. It’s frustrating how I gained back the 50 pounds I lost 2 years ago.
