Yesterday I was able to catch the entertainment news and I feel so happy that Nicole Scherzinger together with her all girl group Pussycat Dolls are here in the Philippines for a concert.
Nicole is half-Filipina (her father with surname Valiente hails from Batanes). In her interview, she feels elated to be back in the country and says that she is proud to be a Filipino.
During one of her commercial shoot with Bench she says that she is in real life:
“Like the Filipinos who are often respectful and sometimes meek, but can be assertive, confident and brave, too. Qualities that I like, qualities that I got from my dad,” she beams.”
The half-Filipino lead vocalist for the American pop group Pussycat Dolls says she wants to sing the Philippine national anthem when boxing champion Manny Pacquiao fights again.
