Miguel Zubiri is everywhere in the news today. For those who are always late in catching the latest in the Philippines news like me, Senator Migz Zubiri has just resigned as elected senator after a questionable win and amidst poll fraud issues. This makes him the first ever senator to resign in the Philippine history. I admire him for doing this at least I can say that DELICADEZA is still alive.
