Being a part of the Pamilyang OFW, I would like to share to you this video which really brought me into tears since I can totally relate to their predicament.
Although we are lucky that my husband has been granted a yearly 40 days vacation and fare amount is shouldered by his employer, unfortunately there are also Pamilyang OFW who are not as lucky as we are. Others cannot go home yearly since their contract states that they can only take their vacation after 2 or 3 years. While others cannot come home since their fare cost of going home is at their own expense and not shouldered by their employers.
