My bestfriend bought a package from ebay.ph, and they did not get their money’s worth which is accomodation from La Carmela + airfare. They where able to avail of the airfare kasi irate na si dear friend…para di mahassle sinagot na lang ni dear friend ang accommodation nila sa La carmela din. Imagine the hassle.madami din na mga nakabili ang na-scam at hindi na daw macontact si Pacific although ebay emailed them asking for feedback about Pacific….Mayruon sila Pacific Link promo now sa Metrodeal…Ingat na lang.

We are supposed to leave for April 18 but no airline nor hotel confirmation voucher until now. I paid in full last March 6 via Metrobank account as follows:

Out of 20 calls to this number 0915 596 3860 listed in the eBay deal, I only managed to get through once. It’s either busy or is not answered. The only time I managed to get through last week, I talked to a lady but I was not able to get her name because the line was chappy. She told me to text her my email address for them to check. I texted but they did not reply. I also followed up twice via email to pacificlinktravel@gmail.com but I did not receive any reply.
I emailed eBay earlier asking for help. I’ll update this post if there are developments.
I still pray that I can enjoy my hard-earned money.

i have availed this boracay package too from ebay. I bought 1 coupon and pay for 2 additional persons for my kids directly at pacific (iris pamonag BDO account) last february 24. They have confirmed the receipt of payment and told me that they will process the ticket and will just take a little while due to many bookings. I waited for 2 weeks but i got no reply whenever i followed up my e-tickets. This worries me… until last 3rd week of march i’ve read lots of complaints about this package tour. Timely i’ve got an email from ebay asking me if i have availed the package and if i have availed it. I replied that i was worried because i have paid already the pacific in full but still hasn’t released our e-tickets. I am now communicating with ebay and they have assured me that they will refund me the amount equivalent to my coupon which is good for 2 persons. The other 2 kids which i have paid on top will not be covered since they will only refund the one with coupon. last march 31 pacific emailed me saying that our tickets is being processed. Sa txt may nagrrply pero bastos kung sumagot.Sana maipasara na agency nila para wala na clng ibang mabiktima.
I am currently experiencing po the same problem. Next week na dapat trip ko pero until now wala pa ding kasiguraduhan. I paid recently and my trip is supposed to be by April 24.. Same story gaya ng sainyo.. Alice in Wonderland Boracay said they will not have my reservation unless it’s paid na.

Hi Guys! I got my refund from eBay. I also emailed DTI Iloilo (thanks Herbert B.) my email exchange with Buen of Pacific Link. I’m hoping to get a refund for the additional fee I paid Pacific Link for my daughter’s airfare. Once I get feedback I’ll let you know.
For those who have been scammed of their money by availing of the Boracay package worth P5690 per pax via Metrodeal or elsewhere, please let’s try to work together to get these people who scam customers to pay legally. I wrote Metrodeal.com management why they allowed to promote a deal by Pacific Link Travel Tours under their website that basically stole money from hundreds of customers who were just looking for a good deal on a great vacation package. They were very apologetic about the disservice as they weren’t aware that people didn’t get what they paid for and multiple complaints were voiced out basically ruining their good standing and reputation. They promised to assist in resolving this so please guys write to them at support@metrodeal.com so they could realize how many customers were fooled under their website. They are gonna try to get some leads and info, trace the telephone number that the agency used to communicate with their “victims”. Come out with any info like your email communication with a certain April or Joy, transactions from your wire transfers to 3 bank accounts of a certain Iris Maureen Pamonag, text messages etc. I still have the certificate of this Iris character that shows she has a legal business that is based in Iloilo City at Gaisano Mall. I have contacted the NBI inquiring on how to file a legal complaint regarding the scam. I will stop at nothing until I get my money back and put these peole to jail so they could never ever mess with honest people’s hard earned money. I will start researching also on how to get this case to a television news or a probe so they can be exposed of this illegal stuff. Please, let’s do this guys. The more people who complain will make this case more legitimate. From a concerned and disgusted customer.
Maybe we could report this to a TV/Radio personality like Mon Tulfo. Here is his email address that I got from the other sites that also complained about Pacific Link Travel Tours — isumbongmokaytulfo@yahoo.com. I will write to him to voice my complaint and maybe others could also do the same. The more emails, the better chances of our plight being heard.
Let’s have these people rot in jail. This is not a petty crime, this is grand theft where they have raked millions of innocent people’s hard earned money.

i do made some investigation regarding this existing travel agency with
the same business name as i had in La carmela de boracay hotel, and the
staff from the reservation office told me that there are couple of person
who come and talked to them for the contracted rate. And they made several
reservation with them,
and of course you have the right to complain since you are one of the
victim and it is not in small amount it is quite big po! please call the
reservation office of la carmela to gather more information din po!
i want to depend my name too! this is unfair po on my behalf.
And one thing po! why you send them big amount without searching first
like what you did now that you come accross with my account, sorry po! if
you would want to talk to me i am always available po!
i would be glad to catch this group of people doing this scam, we are all

0915 596 3860 was the number they used to communicate with their customers when they were still asking for the payment via wire transfer. I copied this from the other sites from a poster who was also scammed. Is there a way we could trace this number where it originated from or who owns it??
