You must be wondering why I am so inactive nowadays. Well, it is aside of course from being a full time mom, a wife of an OFW, a corporate slave, a trying hard blogger, I have ventured into another worthwhile activity. I am now into real estate marketing.
Actually, real estate is my part time business with a full time attitude. I usually do my site trippings every weekend so as not to hamper my corporate work. I chose to venture into real estate industry since aside from food and clothing – shelter is also one of the basic necessity of man. Likewise, for as long as there are family dreaming of acquiring their own home is not far away.
But I am not just into selling, my foremost consideration is also assisting and helping anyone who wish to have their own home. Actually, the group I belong to is affiliated with almost 60 developers giving the buyers a wide array of properties to choose from based on their desired location, financing scheme and desired budget.We offer rowhouses, townhouses, single homes, midrise condos, beach front, lots, even luxury condos for sale. But though choices are varied and wide, I am selective and I only offer properties which are trusted and also flood free.
Someone asked me if why do I need to sell houses when in fact I have a good job and I have a husband working abroad. Well my response, is a resounding WHY NOT? For me for as long as it is legal and it does not affect my quality time with my kids I find nothing wrong with it.
Yes peeps, I am now your partner in finding your dream property…Who knows one day aside from my humble home, I may be able to buy another property similar to downtown Austin condos.
With hard work, perseverance and lots of sales from this new venture, who knows I may be able to reach my goals.
