Another thing that is keeping me busy nowadays is our upcoming construction of our house extension. It has been almost half a year now since we moved in our own home. I was able to document here in my blog about the inside house improvement of our home and once again I will try my very best to update my blog about our house extension construction.
I am very lucky to have an achitect brother to do the house plan for me and coincidentally OFW was here to do the nitty gritty of applying for the government requirements (house plans, building permits etc).
We are working under a tight budget and I hope that it will fit in.
Scope of Work will be:
- Kitchen extension
- Transfer of Comfort Room to make the living room more spacious
- Leveling of the garage to floor level
- Steel gate and fence,
Our soon to be improved wooden house fence.
I am now scouting for designs and I am so excited about it. I am creating my house dream board as of now. Ive seen a good patio flooring from modutile.com which i also want for our house.
I will surely update you so that you can also have an idea of the expense cost which will also be useful in your own house renovation.

I am still in the process of drafting the Phase 2 of our house renovation sis
I didn’t realize how many fence options there were until I bought my first house last month…I didn’t anticipate having to put a lot of thought into my options!
I think I’m leaning towards a vinyl fence at the moment but will do a little research before purchasing.
Lucky for you having a sweet brother , I extend mine with the use of some
software cause I want a design on my own. Love to hear
