A New Kitchen Discovery – Frabelle’s Premium Honey-Glazed Ham

As a blogger, I have this responsibility to share to my readers products or stuffs worth recommending due to positive reviews based on my actual experience. Most of the hits that I got which landed to this blog are mostly from Google searching for certain products and services be it positive or negative. Many people are already utilizing the Internet technology in soliciting feedbacks before buying something using their hard-earned money.

One of the perks of being a blogger is that I’ve got to try products send by different companies. Frabelle has been generous enough to give us ham that we can try for the holidays. We have a preferred ham brand before that never missed our table during Christmas season. Trying a new brand like Frabelle would really be an adventure for me and my family. While preparing the ham (I just have it heated at the oven), I am praying all by myself that I hope that it will not be a miss and hoping that it is delicious, tender and juicy. Well, I’ve got answered prayers here.

Frabelle Premium Honey-Glazed Ham

I would like to share to you a new kitchen discovery that my family enjoyed last New Year’s Media Noche – Frabelle’s Premium Honey-Glazed Ham.

Frabelle Premium Honey-Glazed Ham

Frabelle Premium Honey-Glazed Ham

It is indeed juicy, tender and delicious, plus I like the fact that according to Frabelle it was prepared the traditional way – yup the old classic way which means it is naturally smoked using natural wood chips. Hmmm sounds interesting and yes it tastes so yumyum too.

I just have it oven baked for 15 minutes, sliced and then served it.  Much to my gusto, it is indeed juicy and not dry.  Actually, since we are only 4 in the family, we just finished the ham yesterday and even after 5 days of heating and reheating it is still tasty, juicy and I can attest not dry at all.

Brown Pinay’s verdict as well as my hubby and kiddos verdict:  Will we try it again the next occasion?

Our resounding answer: NO!!!

Huh? You must be wondering why, ‘coz after the positive experience with Frabelle’s Premium Honey-Glazed Ham we will not be trying it next occasion since I intend to buy Frabelle’s Pear-Shaped Ham next occasion.

But joking aside, Frabelle’s Premium Honey-Glazed Ham is indeed a new kitchen discovery which I can recommend to others – and YES there will surely be a REPEAT.

Bonding Moment with my Son at Yummy BEE

I really treasure bonding dates with my kids. I have mine with my son at Yummy Bee Marilao Bulacan. My eldest Ate Ish was not around since she has her summer class.

We ordered Cream Dory and Nido Soup since it is his favorite.

Bonding Moments like = PRICELESS.

For The Love of Pizza – {An Entry for Certified Foodies First Anniversary Give Away }

This is the first time ever that this other blog of mine is joining a foodie contest and I am so excited and happy since this baptism of fire is worth it…the prizes are all to die for, just looking at the prizes makes me crave…being the matakaw that I am….I will never pass this contest by without even joining….Ofcourse I wont.

By hook or by crook I am joining :

Because of this contest, I discovered that I only have a few decent pictures of me while dining or eating out with my friends and family {honestly, most are patawa…since most are super wacky – my entry here is just semi-wacky hehehheh).

So here I am sharing my addiction to pizza {Shakey’s in particular}

Sharing one lazy weekend night in the life of Brown Pinay with her Brown Pinoy…

We would always drop a call to quick delivery from Shakey’s and wallahhhh…in a couple of minutes someone will be knocking in our door and the pizza addicts in the house are all in their wide, happy grin.. That was when we are still living in Caloocan which is just a walk away from all those food establishments….It is a different story now that we are already in Marilao, Bulacan. Goodbye to food deliveries 

Pamilyang addict sa pizza…{akala nyo makakain kayo ha hehheheheh…ubos agad dumaan si Flash, pawacky wacky pa tayo ha hehehheh} – Taken during my bunso’s 7th bday party

Where’s the pizza?

In this picture I was goofing around with my equally crazy officemates at my Icko’s 7th birthday party in Shakey’s MCU. Why the sad face? Well, when the clown announced that the partaking of the giant pizza was open for partaking, everything happened so fast, it was like a tornado attack. After several minutes and with just a blink of an eye no pizza left in the giant pizza plate hehhehe….But I am so happy though since everyone enjoyed my bunso’s pizza and the party.

And of course since this is a contest entry, it is just rightful to give thanks to the generous sponsors for making this contest fab:
