I thought I could proceed to PAG-IBIG loan approval after my last installment on my equity, but hell, no..... the unit was still undone and the officers from APEC officers said normally it takes 6months to finish the unit and we were not able to request for the expeditation of construction since the equity was still unpaid until last Feb. 2012. I really hoped that they told me I should pay the equity in full before I can ask the construction to finish my unit..... sigh... Now, my plans of having my youngest sister back from my step-father this coming school year seems to have gone unclear... same with your situation.. I really got mad at them last saturday, and I told them, "kung sinabi nyo na lang sana noong kumuha ako na di pa magagawa ang unit ko bago matapos ang paghulog ko sa equity ko, sana di na lang ako kumuha sa inyo!!!" more expenses to come.. more anger and disappointments to come...
